To fuel our rapid growth, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent across technical, business, and leadership functions. Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Mumbai / Hybrid (with flexibility for remote collaboration) Department: Human Resources Reporting to: HR Head / Founders Office Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be the key driver of our recruitment strategy, ensuring 63SATS attracts high-caliber professionals aligned with our culture of innovation, agility, and excellence. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding, while also building a strong employer brand in the cybersecurity and technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment Strategy & Execution Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job specifications, and workforce planning. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates across technology, sales, product, cybersecurity, and support roles. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure. 2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building Leverage multiple channels: LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, AngelList, job boards, referrals, and niche cybersecurity forums. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles, especially critical hires in cybersecurity, blockchain, AI, and product development. Develop campus hiring programs and lateral hiring drives to support scaling. 3. Employer Branding Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging recruitment campaigns showcasing 63SATS as the employer of choice in cybersecurity. Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking forums to strengthen visibility. Use storytelling and content creation to highlight employee success stories, culture, and innovation at 63SATS. 4. Candidate Experience & Process Excellence Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging experience for candidates at every touchpoint. Develop interview frameworks, assessment tools, and structured feedback processes. Use recruitment analytics and dashboards to track KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer-to-join ratio, diversity hiring, etc.). 5. Compliance & Onboarding Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with labor laws, data privacy, and internal policies. Work with HR Ops for smooth pre-boarding and onboarding, ensuring a positive Day-1 experience. Key Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related field. 3–6 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter in the technology or cybersecurity sector. Experience hiring for niche skills (cybersecurity analysts, blockchain developers, AI engineers, sales leadership) preferred. Prior experience in a startup / high-growth company will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and modern sourcing techniques. Ability to identify and engage passive candidates using advanced headhunting techniques. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRMS platforms, and recruitment analytics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines. Passion for technology, cybersecurity, and building high-performing teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Time-to-Hire: Average duration to close open roles. Offer-to-Join Ratio: Conversion of accepted offers to actual joining. Quality of Hire: Performance and retention of new hires within 12 months. Candidate Experience Score: Feedback from candidates about recruitment interactions.
