Role: Performance Marketing Manager

63 SATS Cybertech is looking for a Manager – Performance Marketing especially in B2B Cyber security/ IT-ITES experience. This is an Individual Contributor (IC)/Subject Matter Expert (SME) role requiring deep expertise in campaign management and delivering measurable ROI. This role involves strategy focused and execution, requires strong business acumen, hands on expertise to manage multiple campaign management tools and ability to independently drive the multiple marketing campaigns.
· Design and implement full-funnel strategies tailored for B2B technology brands, focusing on generating high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
· Develop, execute, and continuously optimize high-budget, complex paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Youtube Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
· Utilize CRM – Salesforce.com to track and manage end-to-end lead attribution models, connecting ad spend directly to pipeline and revenue.
· Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities.
· Conduct constant A/B testing of ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to drive incremental improvements.
· Review the contents (blogs, whitepaper case studies, social media post, etc.) created for campaigns and provide suggestions
· Design and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns leveraging platforms like Salesforce.com, SFMC, Influ2
· Partner with external sales, content, and design teams, external agencies to align campaigns with business objectives.
· Develop detailed reports and dashboards o communicate performance, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
· Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on best practices in performance marketing for the B2B tech landscape.
· 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing multiple campaigns
· Demonstrable, deep expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, Content Management Systems, specifically for B2B technology (cyber security preferably) or IT/ITES - SaaS companies
· Hands-on proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush), LinkedIn Ads, ABM tools, Salesforce.com, SFMC/Mailchimp is essential
· Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding project management skills.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate campaign strategies and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
