Role Summary

hands-on Growth Analytics Manager


Key Responsibilities


Data Infrastructure & Integration

  • Own the

    marketing data pipeline

    across Appsflyer, GA4, Firebase, CleverTap, and CRM systems.
  • Define and maintain a

    marketing event taxonomy

    (installs, activations, subscriptions, renewals, claims).
  • Ensure

    data integrity

    by validating events, postbacks, and attribution setups.
  • Integrate offline activation data (QR codes, partner IDs, referral codes) into centralized dashboards.

Attribution & Analytics

  • Configure and optimize

    Appsflyer

    (events, cohorts, Protect360, SKAN for iOS).
  • Build

    customer journey funnels

    (CAC → Install → Trial → Paid → Renewal).
  • Conduct

    cohort and retention analysis

    across subscription tiers (₹999, ₹2999, ₹4999).
  • Develop

    ROI models

    by channel: social, website, referral, B2B2C, offline activations.

Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Build and maintain

    executive dashboards in Power BI

    (CAC, ARPU, LTV, Churn, Partner Performance).
  • Deliver

    weekly and monthly performance reviews

    for leadership.
  • Automate reporting pipelines using APIs / ETL tools (Zapier, Segment, BigQuery).
  • Provide

    real-time insights

    to optimize budget allocation across channels.

Business Partnering

  • Work with

    marketing team

    to measure performance of campaigns and influencers.
  • Partner with

    offline growth team

    to evaluate ROI of partnerships and activations.
  • Collaborate with

    product team

    to analyze engagement and feature adoption.

 

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 3–6 years

    in

    marketing analytics, growth analytics, or BI

    in a consumer tech / fintech / e-commerce / gaming environment.
  • Proven experience with

    Appsflyer (or Adjust/Singular)

    and

    CleverTap/MoEngage/WebEngage.

  • Hands-on with

    GA4, Firebase, and CRM integrations.

  • Advanced

    Power BI (or Tableau/Looker)

    dashboarding experience.
  • Strong skills in

    SQL, APIs, and data integration.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of

    attribution models, CAC/LTV, cohort retention.

  • Ability to integrate

    offline + online marketing performance.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in martech stack.
  • Ability to translate raw data into

    business recommendations.
