Marketing Business Analyst

As a Marketing Cloud Strategist, your role will involve supporting campaign planning and execution by understanding business needs, patient engagement journeys, and healthcare marketing compliance. You will be responsible for translating these requirements into actionable tasks for the SFMC development team. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements for healthcare marketing campaigns. - Design patient and HCP (Healthcare Professional) journeys across email, SMS, and other digital channels. - Define segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies aligned with brand objectives. - Ensure all campaigns meet healthcare regulatory and compliance standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, and local guidelines. - Translate business needs into functional specifications for the SFMC technical team. - Analyze campaign outcomes, provide insights, reports, and optimization recommendations. - Act as the bridge between marketing, medical, compliance, and technology teams. - Stay updated on healthcare marketing trends and digital engagement best practices. Qualifications: - 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing strategy, business analysis, or CRM roles. - Strong background in healthcare or pharmaceutical marketing. - Experience with customer/patient journey mapping and lifecycle marketing. - Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud at a functional level (no coding required). - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and KPIs. - Prior experience in regulatory-compliant healthcare campaigns is a significant advantage.
