Role Summary

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Chief of Staff to partner with the joint CEO across multiple fast-moving tech startups. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen and operational leadership with proven fluency in software development and technical architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partner: Structure and manage CEO priorities, meetings, and decisions; represent CEO in internal/external forums.
• Portfolio Operations: Lead cross-company initiatives, streamline processes, and drive standardization of operating rhythms and reporting.
• Technical Oversight: Facilitate product and tech reviews, translate business goals to engineering actions, and support technical decision-making.
• Program Delivery: Coordinate and ensure closure on CEO-sponsored projects and strategic programs.
• Communications: Prepare executive briefings, investor updates, and drive clarity in leadership messaging and coordination.

Requirements

• 7+ years in startups, product/engineering ops, or technical program management.
• Hands-on expertise with software architectures, SDLC, cloud, and modern tech practices.
• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills; proven project delivery.
• Experience working closely with senior executives, product and engineering leaders.

Preferred:

• Prior founder, product lead, or Chief of Staff in a tech company.
• Knowledge of compliance, security, and scalable platforms.
