Profile Summary We are looking for a Company Secretary / Chief of Staff who will work directly with the CEO to drive execution across multiple functions HR, Admin, IT, Software QA, Sales, Marketing, and Team Management. This is a hands-on, high-ownership leadership role ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, startup hustle, and the ability to translate vision into execution. The ideal candidate is a generalist with depth in operations who thrives in ambiguity, can structure chaos, and ensures that the organization runs smoothly. They will manage cross-functional initiatives, streamline workflows, and serve as a force multiplier for leadership. Key Responsibilities Strategic Support Act as the right-hand to CEO/CTO in day-to-day operations and decision-making. Translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans. Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership and investors. Operations & HR Manage HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance. Oversee admin functions (office management, vendor contracts, legal & compliance). Ensure employee engagement and culture-building. Technology & IT Oversee IT infrastructure, licenses, tools, security compliance. Coordinate with engineering teams on software QA and release processes. Drive adoption of productivity tools, project trackers, and internal systems. Sales & Marketing Support leadership in GTM activities, campaign execution, and lead tracking. Work with external partners and agencies for branding, PR, and digital marketing. Monitor sales funnel and provide insights for growth. Program & Project Management Set up and run cross-functional OKRs, roadmaps, and sprint reviews. Track deliverables, deadlines, and dependencies across teams. Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve them. Execution & Team Enablement Be the “glue” across engineering, product, business, and operations. Ensure leadership bandwidth is freed up by managing tactical execution. Act as an internal escalation point for operational issues. Desired Skills & Competencies 5–10 years of experience in operations, chief of staff, HR, or startup leadership roles . Good knowledge of HR, admin, IT, sales, marketing, and basic finance processes . Familiarity with software product lifecycle, QA/testing processes, and SaaS tools . Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to multitask across diverse functions and work in a startup environment. Self-starter, high on ownership, with strong problem-solving ability. MBA background is a plus (but not mandatory).
