Role Overview

go-getter Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Conversion:

  Identify and engage prospects through field visits, digital campaigns, and referrals. Explain our health transformation programs and convert leads into paying customers.

• Corporate Sales:

  Approach HR heads, CXOs, and wellness teams of companies to design employee wellness programs and close corporate deals.

• Community Partnerships:

  Build partnerships with apartment societies, gyms, yoga studios, and local wellness influencers to drive signups and brand visibility.

• Channel Sales:

  Work with channel partners and health coaches to grow regional adoption.

• Client Education:

  Explain our health protocols (fasting, nutrition, stress management) in a simple, inspiring way that drives behavior change.

• Digital Marketing Collaboration:

  Work closely with the marketing team to create campaigns, testimonials, reels, and community challenges that boost engagement.

• Performance Tracking:

  Manage pipelines, CRM updates, lead tracking, and performance metrics to achieve monthly targets.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in

  Sales / Business Development / Partnerships

  (preferably in HealthTech, Fitness, FMCG, or Lifestyle brands).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
  
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
  
• Hands-on with digital tools (CRM, WhatsApp campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, etc.).
  
• A

  with passion, persistence, and a growth mindset.
• Personal interest in

  health, fitness, or wellness

  is a huge plus.
