About Our Client

Our client is a leader in manufacturing Organic and Inorganic pigments and dispersion's catering to the Coatings, Plastics, Inks and Cosmetics Industries worldwide.Reporting to MD your key responsibilities include:

Providing high-level strategic, and operational support to the MD/CEO, enabling effective decision-making & seamless day-to-day functioning.
Improving current processes and coordinating organisational procedures for optimised efficiency and productivity
Serving as a liaison between the MD/CEO's and internal/external stakeholders
Overseeing strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution
Assisting in compiling data, analysing reports, and preparing dashboards and business updates.
Keeping track of CEO priorities and decision needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Chief of Staff should have:

B.Tech & MBA from Tier 1/2 institutes
4+ years of experience in strategy focused role
Worked in a fast paced environment
Worked with CXOs and leadership
