CYBX is India’s first Cybersecurity Superapp with embedded insurance, designed to safeguard digital lives. We are on a mission to reach 1 million users in the first year by building strong B2B2C partnerships across BFSI, fintechs, and large enterprises.

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close

    strategic partnerships

    with BFSI players and fintechs to embed CYBX as a value-add for their end customers.
  • Pitch

    co-branded offerings

    , bundled insurance, and data security features to BFSI distribution channels.
  • Drive

    cross-sell and upsell initiatives

    by integrating CYBX into BFSI customer lifecycle touchpoints (onboarding, KYC, mobile app engagement, etc.).
  • Create and execute a

    go-to-market strategy

    with BFSI partners to maximize adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Tech) to build tailored propositions for each partner.
  • Track, manage, and grow accounts through regular business reviews with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure achievement of quarterly and annual

    partnership revenue targets

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience

    in sales/partnerships/business development, with proven success in BFSI/fintech.
  • Strong network with senior decision makers at

    banks, NBFCs, insurers, wealth managers, and fintech firms

  • Experience in

    cross-sell/upsell partnerships

    , co-branded products, or API-based integrations.
  • Ability to navigate CXO conversations and close large, complex deals.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with
