Role Summary

dynamic, entrepreneurial leader

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

  • Build and execute CYBX’s

    offline growth strategy

    across India.
  • Own offline acquisition

    P&L (~₹50–100 Cr annually)

    with clear ROI targets.
  • Define budgets, set targets, and report performance to CXOs and Board.

Partnership Development

  • Identify, onboard, and manage

    strategic partners

    across multiple ecosystems, including:
  • Consumer-facing touchpoints (retail stores, OEMs, telcos, service providers).
  • Institutional & organizational networks (universities, corporates, associations, NGOs, government programs).
  • Communities & affinity groups (clubs, societies, cultural bodies, events).
  • Emerging categories (fintechs, insurers, OTT platforms, digital platforms).
  • Negotiate

    win–win commercial models, incentive structures, and long-term alliances.

  • Build

    repeatable partner playbooks

    that can be deployed at scale nationwide.

Execution & Scale

  • Set up

    regional growth hubs (North, South, East, West)

    with local managers.
  • Manage

    field promoters, trainers, and agency partners

    to drive activations.
  • Roll out standardized

    activation kits

    (posters, QR codes, demo scripts, standees).
  • Ensure

    brand consistency and compliance

    across all offline touchpoints.

Data & ROI

  • Track activations through

    attribution tools (Appsflyer, GA4, PowerBI)

    .
  • Optimize incentive structures to maximize partner performance.
  • Drive

    cost efficiency and payout integrity

    through process discipline.

 

 

Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 10–15 years

    in Sales / Marketing / Partnerships with a focus on

    offline growth, activations, or distribution.

  • Prior experience in

    Telecom, Fintech, Consumer Tech, FMCG, or Experiential Marketing.

  • Proven record of

    scaling offline acquisition programs nationally.

  • Hands-on

    P&L management

    with budgets ≥ ₹50 Cr.
  • Experience leading

    multi-regional teams

    and working with

    external agencies/partners.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong ability to

    forge partnerships across retail, institutions, corporates, and communities.

  • Data-driven

    decision-maker with comfort in dashboards & attribution metrics.
  • Excellent

    negotiation and commercial structuring

    skills.
  • Strong

    people leadership

    with experience managing distributed teams.
  • Process-oriented

    mindset to manage incentives, compliance, and reporting.
