As a Senior Presales Engineer, you will lead technical presales efforts for all cybersecurity solutions in the West region. You will engage enterprise customers, translate business problems into secure technology solutions, design demonstrations and proofs-of-concept, and act as the trusted technical advisor to prospects and partners.
oEngage with clients to understand business challenges and propose suitable cybersecurity solutions from the 63SATS portfolio.
oLead technical discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for enterprise, fintech, and government clients.
oDesign and deliver customized Proofs-of-Concept (POCs) and respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, and security assessments.
oWork closely with sales and channel teams to design winning proposals and technical bid documents.
oEnsure smooth technical handover to implementation teams post-sale.
oInfluence CISO, IT head, and other technical stakeholders through compelling solution presentations and architecture diagrams.
oConduct technical enablement sessions for partner engineers and internal sales teams.
oCollect and share feedback from presales engagements with product and engineering teams to continually improve offerings.
oProvide guidance on compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
oRepresent 63SATS at conferences, webinars, and customer events in the West region.
oMaintain strong knowledge of the latest cybersecurity trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
810 years of experience in presales engineering within the cybersecurity industry, ideally focused on enterprise or BFSI clients.
Strong experience with one or more of: network security, endpoint protection, SIEM/SOC, cyber risk assessment, threat intelligence, or cloud security.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex concepts for C-level stakeholders.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline; relevant certifications preferred (CISSP, CEH, CISM, etc.).
Experience working in the West region (Mumbai/Pune/Gujarat) with established enterprise contacts is a plus.
