Job Responsibilities -
Develop and drive the overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational development.
Lead end-to-end talent management processes—recruitment, onboarding, performance management, career development, and retention strategies—to build a high-performing workforce.
Champion a strong organizational culture by designing and implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity, inclusion, and well-being.
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulatory requirements while mitigating risks and maintaining ethical workplace standards.
Oversee HR operations, compensation & benefits, payroll, and HRIS systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, supporting change initiatives, building leadership capability, and driving organizational transformation.
