Your Role

As an

Head of Growth Marketing at StayVista,

we’re hiring a strategic, data-driven, and execution-obsessed Growth Marketing Leader to own full-funnel growth – across performance marketing, retention, automation, SEO, product-led growth, and AI-led experiments.

About You

  • Run performance campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Pmax), Meta (Adv+), WhatsApp, and remarketing
  • Work across the full lifecycle with Marketing automation tool, email, SMS, and RCS, managing multiple journeys for first-timers, loyalists, and drop-offs
  • Set up experimentation frameworks (A/B testing) to optimise landing pages, creatives, pricing, and journeys
  • Build and optimise regional and property-level campaigns based on search volume, demand trends, and inventory goals
  • Be strong with numbers and data analysis – create dashboards using GA4, Big Query, and Looker
  • Build deep insights from funnel metrics, user segmentation, and UTM tracking (first/last source)
  • Translate data into clear actionable, performance reviews, and strategic insights
  • Work across multiple stakeholders – squads, business heads, product, tech, sales, and founders – to align on priorities
  • Collaborate with squad POCs for regional trends and performance visibility
  • Define SOPs, trackers, planning rituals and lead review cadences for growth execution
  • Align with external agency partners to get the best output – from creative to performance to innovation
  • Drive SEO growth across landing pages, blogs, schema, and city-wise ranking strategies
  • Collaborate with product to launch conversion-focused features and measure PLG impact
  • Run AI-powered experiments to increase efficiency and ROI
  • Lead and mentor a team of growth marketers, analysts, and performance specialists
  • Build execution ownership, prioritization frameworks, and a learning culture
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, Marketing automation, GA4, BigQuery
  • Proven success in scaling B2C brands, full-funnel execution, and data-led decisions
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, work across stakeholders, and operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multiple agencies and extract high performance from creative and media partners
  • 5-8 years in growth marketing, with hands-on experience across performance, retention, data, and funnel growth
  • This position includes tasks supporting Owner and Guest Management, as determined by organizational needs
