Requirement

Skills - Budgeting and forecasting

1. Knowledge and experience in preparation of various budgets in consultation with stake holders (department heads)
2. Reporting and Analysis : Strong knowledge on ‘Accounting policies and practices’ and ability to analyze the financial results
3. Relevant experience : On hand experience of at least 5 years in handling accounts and finance in ‘Hotel Industry’
4. Indirect taxation : Strong knowledge in ‘GST’
5. Direct taxation : Strong knowledge on TDS provisions, Tax planning 
6. Risk management : Design and implement appropriate procedures to mitigate possible financial risks
7. Team management : Experience in handling and leading teams towards achieving the objectives
8. Collaboration : collaborate with other team heads, top management and also with external stake holders
9. Experience in preparation of stock statements/ book debts statements to submit to the financial institutions.
10. Good communication skills
