Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities also include developing policy, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Employee Relations and Performance Management experience
• Knowledge of Labour Laws and Compliance
• Policy Development and Implementation skills
• Benefits Administration and Payroll Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a must
