Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
• Handle employee relations, address grievances, and foster a positive work culture.
• Oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Manage payroll, leaves, and HR-related documentation efficiently.
• Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain healthy communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of proven work experience in an HR role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work sincerely, with dedication and integrity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
