Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Responsibilities include supporting the full scope of Human Resources functions, such as recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, training managers and employees, and ensuring the implementation of HR policies and practices. Additionally, you will collaborate with the organization on strategic HR initiatives to support business objectives. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources. You must possess strong recruiting skills and a demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, expertise in training managers and employees, strong organizational skills, critical thinking abilities, and effective communication skills are required. Attention to detail and good judgment are also essential qualities for this role.,
