As we scale our operations, we're looking for a meticulous and detail-driven Accounts Executive / Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team and help us keep our financials as polished as the gems we sell. 📊 Keeping Our Books Sparkling Clean: Handling day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records. Managing invoicing cycles for vendors and customers. Performing accurate bank reconciliations on a regular basis. Maintaining and organizing vendor records with precision. Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. ✅ What You Bring to the Vault: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes. Familiarity with accounting software and tools (Tally, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Attention to detail and a knack for catching discrepancies early. Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
