As we expand, we’re investing in building a strong HR foundation to ensure smooth operations, culture, and team growth. Role Overview We’re looking for a Junior HR Intern who can support us in setting up people systems, processes, and culture. This internship is designed as a 1-month full-time role , with the opportunity to transition into a paid Junior HR Executive role after successful completion. This isn’t a coffee-fetching internship, you’ll be working directly with leadership, handling real responsibilities, and shaping how our agency runs. 1. Systems & SOPs Assist in documenting and maintaining HR processes, policies, and SOPs Help track project management and workload distribution across teams Support leadership in ensuring systems are being followed 2. Hiring & Onboarding Draft JDs, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews Conduct HR intro calls with shortlisted candidates Support in onboarding and induction of new hires 3. Compensation & Workload Assessment Assist leadership in researching and benchmarking fair pay structures Maintain payroll inputs, attendance, and leave trackers Support in workload balancing across teams 4. Employee Relations & Culture Gather employee feedback regularly through structured conversations Help in planning team events, bonding activities, and check-ins Ensure smooth communication between leadership and employees 5.
