Graphic Designer


Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-performing ad creatives for

    Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms

  • Create

    static posts, carousels, banners, stories, and email creatives

    for D2C brands
  • Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers to adapt designs for performance
  • Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new design trends
  • Work with UGC and influencer content to create

    templates and ad-ready assets

  • Support website/landing page design projects for CRO improvements


Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of graphic design experience (agency or D2C/eCommerce brand side preferred)
  • Strong portfolio of

    social media + paid media campaigns

    in the D2C space
  • Proficiency with design tools:

    Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), Canva, Figma

  • Good understanding of

    ad templates, hooks, and layouts that convert

  • Strong sense of typography, color, and visual hierarchy
  • Bonus: Motion design or video editing skills (After Effects / Premiere / CapCut)
