Junior Creative Strategist

Role Overview: As a Junior Creative Strategist at our fast-growing growth marketing & paid media agency, you will play a crucial role in developing sharp ideas and delivering proven results for our campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include writing ad briefs and compelling copy, developing attention-grabbing ad concepts and templates, collaborating with designers and media buyers, and staying updated on industry trends to enhance ad performance. Key Responsibilities: - Write ad briefs and copy that convert for platforms like Meta and Google - Develop concepts and templates for ads that capture attention - Work closely with designers and media buyers to bring ideas to life in high-performing creatives - Stay informed about trends, formats, and data to continuously enhance ad performance Qualifications Required: - 12 years of agency experience, preferably in digital, creative, or paid media roles - Strong copywriting skills with the ability to script for user-generated content ads - Proven track record of delivering measurable results through ad briefs - Keen design sense and understanding of effective ad templates and layouts - Comfortable using AI tools and creative platforms such as Foreplay, Canva, Figma, ChatGPT, etc. - Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously Additional Company Details: Joining our team will provide you with the opportunity to work with ambitious D2C brands and international campaigns.
