We are seeking a highly imaginative and detail - oriented Creative Strategist to join our dynamic team at UNSTITCHED, a leading 3D Animation & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Studio.

In this role, youll work closely with the strategy, creative, and business development teams to help shape breakthrough campaign ideas, content concepts, and brand storytelling across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing creative strategies and campaign directions based on client briefs and brand goals
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and storyboard softwares to support design and animation needs
• Work with AI-powered creative platforms generating thoughtful prompts, reviewing outputs, and refining assets for video content
• Support the creation of pitch decks, moodboards, and content calendars
• Adapt storytelling techniques to suit various project requirements, ranging from short-form animations to immersive AI experiences
• Translate scripts, concepts, and ideas into detailed storyboard frames, incorporating visual elements such as composition, camera angles, lighting, and pacing.
• Conduct research on industry trends, target audiences, and competitors
• Help shape ideas for branded content, influencer campaigns, digital videos, and social-first formats
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and creative leads to bring concepts to life
• Participate in brainstorms, internal reviews, and client meetings
• Stay up to date on cultural trends, internet moments, and platform-specific formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Requirements

• 13 years of experience in a similar role (agency or brand side)
• Strong communication, research, and presentation skills
• A basic understanding of branding, digital content, and consumer behavior
• Passion for pop culture, digital media, and storytelling
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote, Canva & AI platforms
• Working out of office (Mumbai)
• Knowledge of 3D animation principles, AR technology, and production pipelines is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Animation, Illustration, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred

Nice to Have

• Prior internship or freelance experience in strategy, content, or creative roles
• Familiarity with performance marketing or social analytics
• A personal portfolio of thought pieces, moodboards, or content ideas
