Responsibility

• As a Creative Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualising concepts, developing visual narrative sequences, and ensuring that projects adhere to timelines.
• Generate innovative and visually compelling ideas that push creative boundaries and align with project objectives.
• Working with the New Business team on all creative ideation and a creative showcase for any pitch
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and storyboard softwares.
• Translate scripts, concepts, and ideas into detailed storyboard frames, incorporating visual elements such as composition, camera angles, lighting, and pacing.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail and consistency throughout the storyboarding process, ensuring accuracy and coherence in storytelling.
• Adapt storytelling techniques to suit various project requirements, ranging from short-form animations to fully AI generated concepts
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with animators, directors, and other team members to iterate on storyboard revisions and incorporate feedback effectively.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Content Creation/Social Media Marketing/Advertising with a Proven experience as a Creative Strategist/Storyboard Artist or similar role, preferably within the design, animation & creative industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative storytelling abilities, graphic design skills, and proficiency in visualising concepts through storyboards.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and storyboard software (e.g., Toon Boom Storyboard Pro, Storyboard That).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and adapt to feedback.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, problem-solve, and innovate, with a passion for pushing creative boundaries.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of 3D animation principles, AI technology, and production pipelines is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Illustration, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
