Creative Strategist

As a creative, trend-savvy Instagram Content Strategist, your role will involve: - Researching and implementing the latest Instagram trends including reels, music, aesthetics, and formats. - Creating a monthly content calendar for posts, reels, and stories that are aligned with brand goals. - Ideating reel concepts that resonate with themes like travel, style, packing tips, and influencer vibes. - Crafting mood boards and providing creative direction for photo/video shoots. - Monitoring Instagram analytics to identify areas for improvement based on performance. - Collaborating with our designer/editor on various projects. - Recommending collaborations, giveaways, and influencer partnerships to enhance brand presence. Qualifications that make you a great fit for this role: - Experience in growing Instagram accounts for fashion, beauty, travel, or D2C brands. - Understanding of Gen Z/Millennial content styles and preferences. - Ability to maintain a feed that is on-brand, visually appealing, and fosters high levels of engagement. - Demonstrated creativity, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. - Bonus point if you have managed or grown your own content/influencer page.,
