• Develop and evolve Bayne’s visual identity across digital, print, packaging, and product.
• Create and maintain brand systems that scale — from typography and color to tone and visual storytelling.
• Lead creative direction for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal drops.
• Work with photographers, stylists, and editors to translate design into mood and experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to make everything we do feel on-brand.

• 0-2 years of experience in branding, art direction, or graphic design — preferably with consumer or lifestyle brands.
• A sharp eye for detail, layout, and design consistency.
• A killer portfolio that shows identity systems, campaign thinking, and creative originality.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion design is a plus.
• Comfortable working across touchpoints — from digital and print to packaging and social.

• Experience in fashion, D2C, or editorial brands.
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, After Effects, or 3D software.
• You think in stories, not just styles.
• You care about aesthetics
