Role Description

This internship position offers the opportunity to work as an Operations and Business Intern at our Hyderabad office in an on-site capacity. The intern will be involved in supporting business operations, analyzing data to derive actionable insights, assisting in strategic business planning, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. Daily tasks may also include contributing to customer service activities, coordinating team efforts, and supporting other functional business areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and decision-making processes
• Knowledge of Business and Business Planning, with a keen understanding of operational and strategic principles
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients
• Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Operations, Management, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant business tools is an advantage
