Role Overview
- We are looking for a highly creative Brand designer to join our dynamic team.
- As a key member of the design team, you will bring visual storytelling to life through high-impact visuals and motion graphics.
- Your work will enhance the brand's digital presence, engage our users, and drive brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling multimedia content for marketing, product, and brand communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualized, designed, and produced high-quality creatives and animations for various platforms, including web, mobile, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop visually compelling designs and illustrations that align with Even Healthcare's brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and engineering teams to create engaging multimedia content that enhances user experience and storytelling.
- Design and animate video assets for brand campaigns, promotional materials, and educational content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and animation, and visual storytelling.
- Optimize assets for different platforms to ensure a seamless experience across devices and channels.
- Work on video editing and post-production to ensure high-quality output for all video content. (good to have)
- Maintain and evolve the visual and motion design guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in visual design and motion.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and 3design tools like Cinema 4D or Blender. (good to have)
- Experience in UI animation, micro-interactions, and digital storytelling.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design, animation, and visual storytelling projects.
- Ability to translate complex healthcare concepts into visually engaging and easy-to-understand designs.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Experience in healthcare, fintech, or startup environments is a plus.
Nice To Have
- Experience with 3D animation and rendering tools.
- Knowledge of video production techniques, including sound design and editing.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma for UI animations.
- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
