Role Overview

Account Manager


Key Responsibilities

Client Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring trust and long-term relationships
  • Understand client goals deeply and align internal execution to meet them
  • Communicate campaign updates, reports, and strategic recommendations effectively


Team Leadership & Accountability

  • Oversee cross-functional teams: Paid Media, Creative, Retention, and Web Development
  • Hold team members accountable for timelines, quality, and deliverables
  • Run weekly check-ins, align priorities, and manage project dependencies


Operations & Delivery

  • Ensure all client projects move smoothly across pipelines (ads, creatives, retention, web)
  • Track KPIs and deadlines through project management tools
  • Identify blockers early and coordinate solutions with leadership


Strategic Input

  • Collaborate with strategy leads to refine campaigns and deliver performance improvements
  • Proactively spot opportunities for upselling/cross-selling additional services
  • Ensure feedback loops between clients and internal teams stay tight


Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project leadership in digital marketing or growth agencies
  • Proven ability to

    manage multiple accounts and internal teams simultaneously

  • Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with evidence of delivering growth/impact for past clients
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, or similar)
  • Comfort with analyzing marketing performance data and translating it into actionable insights
