oles and Responsibilities:

Client & Relationship Management

• Manage end-to-end client relationships with consistency and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and ensure seamless communication.

Strategic and Business Thinking

• Understand client goals and translate them into clear brand, marketing, and digital strategies.
• Provide strategic direction and guide clients toward informed decisions.

Project & Delivery Management

• Manage multiple accounts and deliverables with strong ownership of timelines and quality.
• Coordinate with strategy, design, content, and digital teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Write clear internal and external briefs for project requirements.

Communication & Presentation

• Present strategies, ideas, and solutions confidently.
• Ensure timely documentation, updates, and reporting for all accounts.

Commercial & Negotiation Skills

• Lead conversations on proposals, pricing, contracts, and scope.
• Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Leadership & Issue Resolution

• Guide internal teams on client expectations.
• Handle escalations and client concerns with maturity and solution-oriented thinking.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong business understanding with the ability to connect marketing to business outcomes.
• Basic financial understanding for budgeting and reporting.
• Prior experience in a branding/marketing/advertising agency.
• Experience managing grievances, escalations, and high-pressure situations.
• Understanding of digital marketing tools, channels, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management in a creative or marketing agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple clients and complex projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
• Exposure to digital marketing is a plus.
