Meta Ads Expert


Role Overview

planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, set up, and optimize

    Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

    and

    Google Ads

    campaigns
  • Manage full-funnel paid media strategies (TOF → BOF) for D2C eCommerce brands
  • Drive measurable results in

    ROAS, MER, CAC, and revenue growth

  • Collaborate with creative strategists to test ad formats, UGC, and new hooks

  • Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and make data-driven optimizations

  • Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and competitor benchmarks


Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Media Buyer in

    digital agencies or D2C-focused roles

  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager

    and

    Google Ads dashboard

  • Proven ability to scale ad budgets profitably

    for D2C brands
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable with ad metrics, funnels, and attribution models
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to coordinate across teams
