Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Public Relations Specialist located in Hyderabad. The specialist will handle daily tasks such as conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, managing communication efforts, and providing excellent customer service. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Coordination & PR Executive to manage on-ground hotel activities, coordinate with vendors, and support public relations efforts. 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or public relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of design requirements for branding and event setups
• Vendor management skills with a good local contact base preferred
• Highly organized with an eye for detail and guest experience
• Comfortable with flexible working hours based on event schedules
• Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, PR, or related field
• Familiarity with basic design software/tools (Canva, PPTs, etc.) is a plus
• Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute on-ground events, promotions, and guest engagement activities at the hotel
• Liaise with vendors, event suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution
• Handle guest communication during events and represent the hotel’s brand with professionalism
• Support PR initiatives including media visits, influencer collaborations, and brand activations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure design, decor, and branding needs are met
• Maintain a calendar of hotel activities, events, and local engagement opportunities
• Create post-event reports and support feedback collection
