Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Finance & Business Planning

• Lead long-term financial planning in line with business growth objectives.
• Conduct ROI analysis for new investments, products, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.
• Prepare high-quality MIS reports and board presentations on financial performance.
• Develop dashboards to track profitability and key business metrics.
• Guide pricing, capital allocation, and profitability strategies across business units.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

• Manage working capital to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
• Lead cash flow forecasting and ensure adequate funding for business requirements.
• Optimize cash cycles and maintain strong relationships with lenders.

Performance Management & Decision Support

• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights that support decision-making.
• Evaluate the financial impact of key business initiatives and strategic projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and business performance.

Leadership & Team Development

• Build and lead a high-performing finance team with strong accountability.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance financial and analytical skills.
• Foster a collaborative culture focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputed institute.
• 810 years of experience in Finance function
• Must Have: At-least 3 years of experience as an N-1/N-2 in a business finance function
• Strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluation.
• Proven track record in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and treasury operations.
• Deep understanding of financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and governance.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills.
