• Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in the property or building & construction industries.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• The ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
