Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Develop and operationalize Multi geo strategy for the company in alliance with Sales and Marketing.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
• Lead efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., tax, audit, legal filings).
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and execute Automation for the Finance function.
• Act as an advisor for the Automation Centre of Excellence to ideate and develop automation strategies for customer.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage
• Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high growth startup.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and International markets (North America and UAE).
