Role Description We are looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive who is passionate about AI technologies and Intelligent Process Automation (IPA). The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling the sales team by creating impactful sales collateral that effectively communicates the value of our platform. From pitch decks to product overviews, you will help craft content that empowers our business development efforts and drives customer confidence. Responsibilities Understand customer pain points and industry-specific needs to tailor pre-sales content Develop and maintain high-quality sales materials including: Pitch decks for client meetings Industry-specific use case documents Solution overviews and product datasheets Case study decks highlighting client success stories One-pagers and ROI justification sheets Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to gather inputs and convert them into compelling narratives Customize existing collateral to align with specific client requirements and sectors Support proposal and RFP response creation with clear, persuasive content Maintain a library of sales documents and ensure all materials are up-to-date and aligned with the product’s capabilities Qualifications 0–1 years of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or content creation for B2B software/technology solutions Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred) Strong communication and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and business value Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially PowerPoint and Docs Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally Interest in enterprise technology, automation, or AI is a strong plus Show more Show less
