Pre Sales Executive

Job Summary:

ERP Sales Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP products and services.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, solution presentation, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.

• Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to design customized ERP solutions as per client needs.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.

• Understand customer pain points and align ERP offerings to meet business objectives.

• Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.

• Keep abreast of market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify new business avenues.

• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and sales documentation.

• Participate in marketing campaigns, product demos, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.

• ERP solution sales

• Strong understanding of ERP implementation cycles and business processes (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, etc.).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.

• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online sales platforms.

Preferred:

• Experience in IT services or software product companies.

• SAP Business One / SAP S4 HANA / Microsoft Dynamics
