Description The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for building and managing a network of agency partners to drive business growth. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting agents to achieve their performance targets, while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Help them achieve maximum business Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards Required Qualifications and Experience: Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree/Professional Degree Preferred experience: Minimum 2 years to 5 years Preferred Nature of Industry: Life Insurance Experienced candidates with good background, selling skills and understanding of the insurance industry.
