Description The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for building and managing a network of agency partners to drive business growth. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting agents to achieve their performance targets, while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals. Context & Role: Agent/ Life Insurance Manager Recruitment Agent/ Insurance Manager Activation Product mix Achieving business targets Key Responsibilities: Execution of sales target through his/her team of FA/LIM/DM Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents (LIM/DM)- Identify, recruit, and manage advisors from the respective region Train and motivate advisors to provide a better understanding of market/products Monitor and review agents performance. Help them achieve maximum business Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards Required Qualifications and Experience: Graduation/ Post Graduation Degree/Professional Degree Preferred experience: Minimum 2 years to 5 years Preferred Nature of Industry: Life Insurance Experienced candidates with good background, selling skills and understanding of the insurance industry.
