Pre Sales Executive

As a Pre-Sales Executive at Aiwozo, your role will involve understanding customer pain points and industry-specific needs to tailor pre-sales content effectively. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality sales materials, such as pitch decks, industry-specific use case documents, solution overviews, case study decks, one-pagers, and ROI justification sheets. Your collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams will be crucial in converting inputs into compelling narratives and customizing collateral to meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer pain points and industry-specific needs to customize pre-sales content - Develop and maintain high-quality sales materials like pitch decks, use case documents, solution overviews, case study decks, one-pagers, and ROI justification sheets - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and create compelling narratives - Customize existing collateral to align with specific client requirements and sectors - Support proposal and RFP response creation with persuasive content - Maintain a library of sales documents, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and aligned with product capabilities Qualifications: - 1 year of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or content creation for B2B software/technology solutions - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred - Strong communication and storytelling skills focusing on clarity and business value - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, especially PowerPoint and Docs - Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple projects, and collaborate cross-functionally - Interest in enterprise technology, automation, or AI is a strong plus,
