Job Description

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor expenses and provide insights to optimize costs and improve profitability.

Invoice Management:

Generate and review client invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
Follow up on payments and maintain records of receivables and payables.

Financial Analysis:

Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Compliance and Audit:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Process Improvement:

Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and propose improvements.
Implement and monitor best practices in financial management.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA or MBA in Finance is a plus).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
Strong understanding of financial principles, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
