With clients across India and global expansion underway, we’re looking for a detail-oriented finance professional who can ensure smooth backend operations while maintaining exceptional client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management:

• Consolidate and generate client invoices (monthly/quarterly).
• Maintain accurate records of invoicing and billing history.

• Client Coordination:

• Follow up with clients for payment status and resolve billing queries.
• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients and internal teams.

• Zoho Updates:

• Manage finance-related updates on Zoho Books/CRM (as applicable).
• Ensure real-time accuracy of data across the system.

• MIS & Reporting:

• Maintain and regularly update MIS sheets related to revenue, dues, and projections.
• Prepare financial dashboards and weekly summaries for internal review.

• Statement & Reconciliation:

• Analyze client-wise payment statements.
• Perform reconciliation of payments received vs invoices raised.

• Documentation:

• Maintain digital records of contracts, POs, and client agreements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for financial documentation and compliance.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)- client-facing role.
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books / Zoho CRM preferred.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Prior experience in invoice tracking and client payment follow-ups.
• Organized, proactive, and self-driven mindset.

Bonus Points:

• Background in SaaS/Fintech or B2B product companies.
• Experience in managing collections or AR (Accounts Receivable).
