You Will Own
- Revenue, growth, and profitability of services
- Client health, retention, and expansion
- Account Directors and senior client leadership
- Quality of creative output and delivery discipline
The Verticals Under Your Purview
- Social Media Marketing Retainers
- All Creative & Design Collateral Business
- Video Production (short-form, long-form, branded content)
- You report directly to the Founder and work as a close partner to Strategy, Paid Media, and Video Production leadership.

Key Responsibilities And KRAs
- Business Ownership & Growth
- Own revenue targets for services (retainers + projects).
- Drive account growth through upsells, scope expansion, and value creation.
- Partner with Account Directors/Managers to identify and close new revenue opportunities.
- Ensure healthy margins across retainers, projects, and production work.
- Forecast revenue, manage risk, and plan scale.
- Client Leadership & Retention
- Be the senior escalation point for key creative clients.
- Ensure client expectations are set clearly — and exceeded consistently.
- Drive strong QBRs, annual planning, and long-term partnerships.
- Protect the agency from scope creep while maintaining relationships.
- Ensure Wirality is seen as a strategic creative partner, not a vendor.
- Creative Quality & Output Excellence
- Own the quality bar for all creative deliverables.
- Ensure ideas are rooted in strategy, not just aesthetics.
- Partner with Strategy, Creative, and Production to maintain consistency and excellence.
- Balance speed with craft in a fast-moving digital environment.
- Champion innovation in formats, storytelling, and execution.
- Team Leadership & Org Health
- Lead, mentor, and manage Account Directors/Managers.
- Build leadership depth across account management and creative pods.
- Drive accountability, ownership, and performance culture.
- Ensure KRAs cascade clearly from business goals to team goals.
- Be a culture carrier of Wirality’s values and ways of working.
- Operations, Process & Scale
- Build and refine processes for briefing, delivery, reviews, and reporting.
- Ensure creative pods run efficiently without burnout.
- Work closely with finance and ops on billing, utilisation, and profitability.
- Anticipate scale challenges and solve them before they become problems.
Who You Are
- 8+ years of experience in a creative / digital / integrated agency.
- Proven experience owning creative revenue and client relationships.
- Strong leadership experience managing senior account teams.
- Deep understanding of social media, creative production, and brand storytelling.
- Commercially sharp — you understand margins, scope, and resourcing.
- Calm under pressure, decisive, and respected by teams and clients alike.
- Strong communicator with the ability to balance empathy and firmness.
