Job Description

As the Head of Business Development at our company, you will lead a team focused on achieving tangible results and will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing various channels for financial growth. Your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and reporting on the business volume goals for all Bank products such as Deposits, Advances, Insurance, and fee-based/non-fee-based products to drive business growth - Planning and achieving business volumes according to the annual plan - Managing sales team resources effectively to ensure productivity - Developing and executing effective strategies for the Bank's business development - Implementing sales growth strategies to increase revenue for the Bank - Ensuring that the Bank's products and services meet and exceed customer needs - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners - Maintaining portfolio quality to ensure Gross NPA is lower than projected in the business plan - Leading new product launches and process implementations - Designing and overseeing marketing and promotional activities for branches - Strategically managing risk reduction, cost-effectiveness, and resource management to enhance returns, market share, and network penetration - Coaching and monitoring the team of business development professionals Education, experience, and certification requirements for this role include: - Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in Banking Products business development, preferably in a leadership position - Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets - Expertise in managing portfolios of Retail Assets and working capital - Strong understanding of Banking Business, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements - Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, Branch Heads, and internal stakeholders - Any Graduate with Post-graduation PG/MBA in Marketing/Finance - Proficiency in Computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Presentation) - 15-20 years of experience in Business Development, with a minimum of 10 years in the Banking Industry Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra If you are interested in this position, please send your resume to wafesgroup@gmail.com / wcareers7@gmail.com,
