6 Schools (5 in Mumbai, 1 in Mahuva – Gujarat)

Role Overview

The Marketing Head will spearhead the overall marketing function across all six schools within the group. This strategic leadership role entails driving brand positioning, marketing strategy, budgeting, lead generation, and admissions support across campuses. The incumbent will be responsible for building brand equity, enhancing market share, and achieving enrolment targets through data-driven campaigns, integrated marketing plans, and close collaboration with school heads, admissions teams, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and implement the group-wide marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and oversee the annual marketing calendar across all schools.

Budgeting & ROI Management

  • Prepare and manage the group marketing budget; allocate spends effectively across schools and channels.
  • Track marketing ROI, cost per lead, and campaign performance metrics.
  • Ensure cost control and compliance in all vendor and agency engagements.

Brand Management & Communication

  • Build and maintain a strong, unified brand identity across all campuses.
  • Lead content, design, and creative direction for marketing campaigns and collaterals.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital, print, and on-ground touchpoints.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Drive high-impact digital campaigns (Meta, Google, SEO, performance marketing) through agencies.
  • Manage partnerships with school discovery platforms and online directories to enhance lead pipeline.
  • Analyse digital analytics and admission funnel data to optimise campaigns.

Admissions & Performance Reporting

  • Monitor enrolment trends, enquiry-to-admission conversions, and marketing contribution to admissions.
  • Present dashboards, performance reviews, and campaign reports to senior leadership.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and lead a central marketing team and manage external agencies/vendors.
  • Collaborate closely with Principals, Admissions teams, and Operations to achieve shared goals.
  • Represent the marketing function in leadership meetings and strategy discussions.

Alumni Engagement & Brand Advocacy

  • Lead alumni engagement and advocacy initiatives across all group schools.

Skills And Competencies

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical mindset with comfort in working with numbers and data.
  • Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and ROI-driven marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Analytics).
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into impactful marketing campaigns.
  • High sense of ownership and ability to drive outcomes independently.

Qualification And Experience

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 8–15 years of marketing experience, preferably in education, retail, or consumer-facing sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading multi-location marketing operations and managing large budgets.
  • Track record in building brands, driving enrolment growth, and leading teams.
