Job Title: Global Prospective Teacher (Grade 6 to AS Level – IGCSE Curriculum) Location:Kanakia International School IGCSE Bhayander Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic, globally minded educator to join our international faculty team, teaching students from Grade 6 through AS Level in line with the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum . The ideal candidate is passionate about student-centered learning, culturally responsive teaching, and fostering global citizenship in a diverse educational setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and effective instruction based on the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum for Grades 6–AS Level. Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the learning needs of diverse learners. Use innovative teaching methodologies and technology to enhance classroom learning. Prepare students for IGCSE and AS Level examinations, ensuring high academic standards and outcomes. Monitor and assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments. Maintain accurate records of student performance and provide timely feedback. Participate actively in school events, parent-teacher meetings, extracurricular activities, and professional development. Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and promote a cohesive learning environment. Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful classroom culture. Qualifications And Experience Bachelor’s Degree in [Subject or Education]; Master’s degree preferred. Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed., or equivalent). Minimum 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international or IGCSE/AS/A-Level setting. Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and assessment framework. Excellent spoken and written English (or subject-relevant language). Proficient in the use of digital learning tools and platforms.
