Job Description

Provide individual and group counselling to students regarding career choices and higher education options. Guide students and parents through the college/university application processes, including profile building, SOPs, resume writing, and interview preparation. Stay updated with global university admission trends, deadlines, and requirements. Help students identify and pursue extracurricular and academic opportunities that align with their career goals. Support students in building strong academic and co-curricular portfolios suitable for university admissions. Serve as the In-charge of Club Activities, ensuring student participation and leadership development across various interest-based clubs. Coordinate the International Award for Young People (IAYP) program, including planning, documentation, and student mentoring. Facilitate sessions on career development theories, study skills, time management, and goal setting. Actively contribute as a member of the Discipline Committee, promoting a positive and respectful school culture. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counselling, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in career or university counselling, preferably in an international curriculum setting. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with international college/university application systems. Knowledge of career development theories and practices. Empathetic, approachable, and student-centric mind-set. Ability to work collaboratively with academic staff, students, and parents.
