1. Team Leadership & Coordination

2. Recruitment & Training Oversight

·       Review engagement analytics and ensure alignment with enrollment and awareness targets.

·       Plan leadership sessions, recognition programs, and incentives for top performers.

·       Track overall departmental progress and maintain structured reporting dashboards.

·       Collaborate with the founder and senior leadership for organizational planning.

·       Design systems for workflow automation, team communication, and data tracking.

Management

·       Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
