Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship will provide hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and HR strategy. The ideal candidate should be passionate about people management and organizational development.

Role and Responsibility:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and student communities to promote the company’s learning programs.
• Identify and recruit campus ambassadors from various colleges to expand the brand’s student outreach.
• Organize virtual or on-ground info sessions, webinars, and promotional drives in colleges.
• Maintain a database of college partnerships, ambassador performance, and campus activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns tailored for student engagement and onboarding.
• Track and evaluate the impact of brand ambassador activities and recommend improvement strategies.
