Role Overview: As the Head of Human Resource at our company, your role will involve developing and executing the human resource strategy to support the overall business plan and strategic direction. Specifically, you will focus on talent management, organizational development, performance management, succession planning, training and development, and compensation. Additionally, you will oversee HR operations at plant and regional levels, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, labor laws, and fostering positive employee relations. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company objectives. - Collaborating with business heads to drive organizational change and workforce planning. - Acting as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership on key HR issues. - Leading talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract industry's top talent. - Driving succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing. - Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization. - Overseeing the implementation of a performance management system to cultivate a high-performance culture. - Championing company values and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. - Facilitating employee engagement programs to enhance morale and productivity. - Ensuring 100% compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements. - Leading employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures with fairness. - Maintaining strong relations with unions and managing collective bargaining processes. - Building training frameworks for technical, behavioral, and leadership development. - Identifying learning needs in collaboration with line managers and delivering customized programs. - Introducing digital and blended learning platforms across locations. - Introducing HR analytics and dashboards for data-driven decision-making. - Leading HR digital transformation initiatives as needed.
