Job Description

HR Head for our client

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives
Ensure compliance with all labor laws (Factories Act, PF, ESIC, CLRA, ID Act, etc.)
Manage industrial relations, unions, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, and performance management
Drive employee engagement, training, and policy implementation
Handle audits, inspections, and government liaison

Key Requirements

MBA / MSW in HR
1015 years HR experience in large manufacturing setup
Strong exposure to labor law compliance & IR
Experience managing workforce of 1000+ employees
Excellent leadership and communication skills
